Dr. Van Hook is a native of South Jersey. After attending Rowan University, he graduated from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey-School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. He performed his internship at UMDNJ-SOM where he was Chief Medical Intern. Following his internship, Dr. Van Hook his completed residency training in Internal Medicine at UMDNJ-SOM, Kennedy Hospital system and Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center.

Dr. DiPaolo is originally from Plymouth Meeting, PA. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA, she graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002.   She performed her internship in internal medicine and residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  Dr. DiPaolo also completed a chief resident year within the St. Luke’s system.

 

 

Denise M. DiPaolo, D.O.

Dr. Kopinski grew up in Northeast Pennsylvania.  After graduating from the University of Scranton in 2000, he completed his medical school training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004.  His post-graduate internship and residency training in internal medicine were completed through UMDNJ-SOM at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and the Kennedy Memorial hospitals in Southern New Jersey. Dr. Kopinski currently resides in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia with his wife, Laura and daughter.

 

 

 

Thomas O. Kopinski, D.O.

Dr. Kayal is originally from the Northern New Jersey area.  He completed his BS from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pa in 1998 and his medical school training at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2002. He then did his postgraduate internship and residency at St. Luke's Hospital and Health Network in Bethlehem, Pa. Upon completion of residency, he remained on staff as a hospitalist for St. Luke's Internal Medicine for two years.  He is currently Board Certified in Internal Medicine in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Dr. Kayal currently resides in Haddon Heights, NJ with his wife and two children.

 

 

 

 

Michael C. Kayal, D.O.


Dr. Horwitz grew up in the South Jersey area.  He attended Rutgers University for his undergraduate degree and The University of Medicine and Dentistry -- School of Osteopathic Medicine for his medical degree.  Post-graduate training was obtained at the Kennedy Health System and Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center.  Dr. Horwitz is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.  He currently lives in Haddon Township, NJ with his wife Natalie.

 

 

 

 

Michael J. Horwtiz, D.O.

Dr. O’Neill is originally from Flourtown, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1999 where he received a Bachelor of Science degree.  He then attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and received his medical degree in 2005.  Following medical school, he completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine through UMDNJ-SOM at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and the Kennedy Health System.  He currently resides in Blackwood, NJ with his wife, Alissa, a physician who will complete her Vascular Surgery training in June 2009.

 

 

 

 

Leon F. O'Neill, D.O.

Dr. Jafir is originally from Northern Virginia.  He graduated from George Mason University for his undergraduate degree in Fairfax, Virginia.  He then later pursued a Master's degree in physiology from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia in 2000 before entering the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine for his medical degree in 2004. He then  completed his postgraduate internship and residency at the Georgetown University program at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. , where he remained on staff as a hospitalist for the Washington Cardiology Center for one year.  He is currently board certified in internal medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Jafir currently lives in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Dr. Abraham is originally from sunny South Florida.  She attended Nova Southeastern University for her undergraduate and medical degree (2006).  She completed her internship and residency at UMDNJ-SOM (Kennedy Health System/Our Lady of Lourdes Hosp) where she served as Chief Medical Intern and then Chief Internal Medicine Resident.  She currently resides in Cherry Hill, NJ with her husband, Mohit, daughter and dog. 

 

 

 

 

Delcine Abraham, D.O.

Dr. Gongidi was born in south India and moved to the United States at the age of nine.  He grew up in Cary, North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill with a Bachelor's degree in Biology.  After attending Tuoro University of College of Osteopathic Medicine in the San Fransisco Bay area, he completed an Internal Medicine residency at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan.  He served as both the Chief Intern and Chief Resident while at Botsford.  He recently graduated from the AOA-sponsored Training in Policy Studies (TIPS) Fellowship.  He currently resides in Center City Philadelphia with his partner, a pediatric Radiologist.  Hobbies included cooking, traveling, and exploring the restaurants and landmarks of Philadelphia. 

 

 

 

 

Vikranth Gongidi, D.O.

Hafeza was born and raised in Flemington, NJ and completed undergraduate degree at Rutgers College in New Brunswick in 2002 where she studied Chemistry and Spanish. She then attended New York College of Osteopathic Medicine on Long Island and graduated in 2006. Her Internal Medicine training was at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, NY. Since completing residency Hafeza now has returned to New Jersey and resides in Mount Laurel with her husband Mustafa and their daughter Asiya.
